Are gmys.® vegan friendly? Is there any gelatin in your gummies?

We use pectin rather than gelatin in our gummies, making ALL of our delicious gummies vegan friendly.

Is there any wheat or gluten in your products?

No, all of our products are gluten-free.

What ingredients do you use?

We use natural flavours and colours all derived from fruits, vegetables, herbs and grains. Its important to us that no nasty GMO ingredients are used in our products. We do not NOT use Sucralose, Acesulfame-K or Aspartame as these nasty ingredients have been linked to bad health.

How long can you consume your gummies for?

You can consume our delicious gummies for as long as you like! You can take up to 10 gummies per day, but try to spread them out through the day if possible. If you become pregnant, start breastfeeding, start taking prescription medication or are under any medical supervision you will need to consult your GP or doctor prior to taking any supplements.

Do your gummies contain nasty refined sugars?

We like to keep our products as natural and as close to the planet as possible. We made sure the sugar content in our gummies is naturally occuring and are derived from natural sources only.

Can your gmys.® packaging be recycled?

Our fantastic tubes are 100% recyclable. Not only do they look great on your bedside but most of all they DONT cost the planet 🌱

Is the protective film over my gmys.® tube eco-friendly?

Oh yes! Whilst our tamper evident film does an amazing job at protecting the product, they are 100% bio-degradable.

Are your tubes made of recycled material?

We use 48%recycled materials to make our eco-friendly tubes.

What are your shipping rates?

FREE UK shipping (mainland only). Non-Uk mainland delivery will be calculated at checkout.

Does the courier provide tracking?

Once orders are dispatched you will be given a tracking identification number which you can use to locate your parcel. Please make sure all correspondent information that you provide is correct i.e. email and contact/ mobile number. This will be used to update you throughout the delivery by ourselves and the courier.

How will I know when my order has been dispatched?

An email will be sent to you within 24 hours of dispatch.

Who do I contact regarding any issues with my order?

All orders are treated with the greatest care during the picking and packing process. Our Distribution Team verifies that the products packed are correct, in good condition, and complete.


However, accidents and errors may still occur. If you are experiencing an issue with your order, please contact our Customer Service Team (hello@wearegmys.com) they will do everything they can to support on the matter.
